A purchased artwork will be sent to the delivery address stated at time of purchase. All delivery costs are included in the price. Import duty may be charged at point of entry and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices of artworks on the website are set and non-negotiable.
The content and price for a commissioned artwork will be negotiated and agreed before the work is commenced.
Once the commissioned piece is completed and agreement is reached that the customer is happy to accept the artwork, payment will be made in full.
Delivery costs for a commissioned work are included in the agreed price.
If the customer does not wish to continue with the purchase of the commissioned artwork, then the artist will retain the piece and offer it for sale elsewhere.
For all artworks payment is in full at point of purchase.
Payments accepted via Paypal, Credit and Debit cards.
If the customer is not 100% happy with their purchase, they must return it within 14 days for a full refund. Receipted return delivery costs will also be refunded.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please email as soon as possible.
Return the artwork with evidence of the damage at point of delivery (the delivery company will need to see this).
A full refund will be made, or an alternative artwork can be chosen for an equivalent price.
If an alternative artwork is chosen, there will be no extra delivery costs.
